As an Insurance Coordinator your primary duties will include confirming insurance coverage with insurance companies by procedural code. Competitive pay based on prior experience and opportunities for raises, bonuses and career growth based on consistent performance. Include but not limited to:

  • Organizing & scheduling appointments
  • Verifying and keeping patient’s insurance information up to date 
  • Responding to patient inquiries by phone and in person  
  • Performing data entry and other ad-hoc duties  


  • Past experience in customer service industry preferred but not required 
  • Excellent time management skills & ability to multi-task & prioritize work a must
  • Social perceptiveness & service oriented
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational & planning skills
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
