We are currently looking for a full-time motivated, professional, enthusiastic, responsible and reliable individual to help with administrative aspects of the practice. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of a busy Podiatry office with multiple locations & doctors.

Duties and Responsibilities

Include but not limited to:

  • Lead the office in day-to-day operations with strong guidance and inspire the team to excel in customer service, self-accountability, and productivity as part of the management team.
  • Answering Phone and Responding to Email Inquiries
  • Scheduling Appointments / Managing Calendar(s)
  • Tracking of Patient Payments
  • Data Entry and Electronic Records Upkeep
  • Drafting letters, emails and spreadsheets
  • Managing inventory
  • Managing people
  • Ensuring patient satisfaction
  • Other various office-related duties

Required Qualities and Skills

Include but not limited to:

    • Fluent and grammatically correct spoken and written English and Spanish
    • Natural ability to communicate with people in person, on the phone, and in email form, pleasant and professional demeanor
    • Must be an effective leader to handle staff mentoring and successful problem resolution skills a must
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Attention to detail and meticulousness a must
    • Being proactive and able to work minimally supervised
    • Good problem solving skills
    • Knowledge of medical office management systems and & procedures a plus
    • Past managerial experience a plus
  • Past experience in customer service industry a plus
