- Documenting basic medical history
- Organizing & scheduling appointments
- Updating & filing medical records & insurance reports
- Checking patient in, preparing patient charts
- Assisting doctors during medical examinations
- Producing & distributing correspondence memos, letters, faxes & forms
- Preparing & cleaning treatment rooms & medical instruments
- Helping to clean the office at the end of each day
